Returns & Exchanges
Slippers that do not fit correctly can be exchanged for another size. There is no charge for exchanges. Just get in touch and let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org
Slippers can also be returned for a refund. Customer is responsible for shipping item(s) back to us. Once received, we can issue a refund to the original method of payment.
Please note the slippers must be clean, unwashed and in new condition. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your order.
