Satisfaction Guaranteed - We love wearing our slippers and you should too.  We only offer the highest quality products available.  Any defective or otherwise unsatisfactory merchandise can be returned for a full refund or replacement.  If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and let us  know what we can do to make your shopping experience great: email@noveltyslippers.com

Domestic U.S. Shipping - All products are shipped through USPS or UPS with delivery confirmation.  We offer Standard (5 to 7 business days) and Expedited (3 business days) shipping services.  

International Shipping - We offer international shipping to select countries via USPS First Class International Mail (please allow 14-21 days for delivery)

Note that we are not responsible for any import taxes or duties assessed by foreign Customs or border patrol agencies. 

Returns & Exchanges - Slippers that do not fit correctly can be exchanged for another size. There is no charge for exchanges.  Just get in touch and let us know at email@noveltyslippers.com

Please note the slippers must be clean, unwashed and in new condition.  Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your order.

COVID-19 - To combat the spread of COVID-19 and protect the health of our workers, we are taking additional precautions in the handling of incoming deliveries and mail, as well as additional sanitization procedures in our warehouse. This may result in short delays in order processing. We appreciate your patience as we work through this unprecedented global challenge.
