Domestic U.S. Shipping - All products are shipped through USPS or UPS with delivery confirmation.  We offer Standard (5 to 7 business days) and Expedited (3 business days) shipping services.  

 Returns & Exchanges - Slippers that do not fit correctly can be exchanged for another size. There is no charge for exchanges.  Just get in touch and let us know at email@noveltyslippers.com

Please note the slippers must be clean, unwashed and in new condition.  Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your order.

 Privacy Policy - Your personal information will be kept confidential and secure.  We respect your privacy and will never rent or sell your information.
